We are seeking an experienced and motivatedInternal Sales & Account

Managerto join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-

focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, delivering

exceptional service, and contributing to the continued growth of a well-established

business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts while actively
- identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across a range of
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up sales opportunities to maximise
- conversion.
- Provide professional advice on stainless steel products and applications.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed
- accurately and delivered on time.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services while
- increasing account profitability.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through responsive communication and
- proactive account management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in internal sales or account management, preferably
- within the stainless steel, steel,



metal fabrication or industrial supply sectors.
- A proven track record of building customer relationships and achieving sales
- targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to prepare accurate quotations and manage multiple customer
- enquiries efficiently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to
- detail.
- Confidence using CRM software together with Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine desire to help customers
- succeed.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence (occasional customer visits may be
- required).
