What you'll be doing





No two days are the same! You'll enjoy the autonomy of working in the field while providing exceptional service to customers across your region.

- Carrying out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on a range of material handling equipment
- Responding promptly to customer breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment performance
- Maintaining your fully equipped service vehicle and accurate service documentation
- Spending approximately 85-90% of your time on the road , with the remainder in the workshop

About you

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their workmanship and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar mechanical role
- OR a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology with a desire to transition into field service
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and mechanical repair skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own day
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
