Primo is seeking a Workplace Trainer & Assessor to develop a protected, skilled, and high-performing workforce. This hands-on role partners with operational teams to deliver training, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement across our site.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or be working toward it), bring experience from manufacturing or FMCG, and be comfortable delivering both classroom and on-the-job learning.
