Disability and injury services Multiple positions in Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich Role You'll provide tailored assistance to individuals living with disability to help them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

- Community access (shopping, outings, exercise, social visits)
- Personal care (mealtimes, hygiene, mobility)
- Domestic assistance (cooking, light cleaning, laundry)
- Medication assistance and home therapy support
- Skill development and social engagement
- Essential attributes
- Valid QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS worker screening check
- First aid and CPR certification
- At least one year experience




- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Infection Control Training
- Strong communication, literacy and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, empathy and professionalism

- Prior experience supporting NDIS participants
- A outstanding sense of humour and rapport-building ability
- Tech proficiency for shift documentation and communication
