As the Credit Control Supervisor you will Drive the Credit Control function through effective collaboration with customers, sales teams, and business stakeholders, implementing collection strategies that enhance financial performance, reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with Wattyl’s financial standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Mentoring and managing performance and development of your team

Oversee and manage all AR activities, including invoicing, credit management, payment application and supporting global initiatives.

Strengthen policies and procedures to establish robust controls over credit issuances, order releases, collections and cash application.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal and Customer care.





Address and resolve escalated financial and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable & credit role

Proven experience leading Credit and Collections teams, coaching and developing staff while delivering strong collection performance and customer outcomes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proactively takes initiative and ownership, holding themselves accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes and achieving objectives.

Solid focus on customer service ‘Customer First’ and process improvement

Systems Experience: SAP, Excel, Microsoft office applications
