An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded financial planning practice.
Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, you’ll provide high-quality client service and administrative support throughout the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients upon arrival at the office.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client enquiries.
- Liaising with clients regarding administrative and service-related matters.
- Preparing and lodging third-party information release forms.
- Liaising with fund managers and other industry providers.
- Preparing Client Service Agreement documents where required.
- Preparing and lodging application forms, policy alterations and withdrawals, and following matters through to completion.
- Preparing Record of Advice documentation where required.
- Implementing advice documentation and following matters through to completion.
- Preparing client review documentation and coordinating client review appointments.
- Assisting Financial Advisers and clients with ad hoc requests.
- Maintaining accurate client records through Xplan database administration.
- Working with Financial Advisers on product research using WealthSolver, Risk Researcher and Xplan financial modelling.
- Assisting with the coordination of client functions.
- Working collaboratively within a team, including offshore staff.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a client service, administration or customer support role within financial services, professional services or a similar client-focused environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Finance or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in establishing a long-term career within the financial planning industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
- Robust Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a professional team workplace.
Highly Regarded
- Experience using Xplan & exposure to financial planning platforms such as North, MLC or Expand.
- Previous experience supporting Financial Advisers or working within a financial planning or wealth management practice.
