We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team at Head Office. This role is pivotal in supporting financial operations, delivering reporting insights, and driving data-led decision making across the business.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager, CFO, and operational teams to support month-end processes, financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Complete month-end and year-end close processes across the business.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports with the Finance Manager.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure general ledger integrity.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure correct coding of transactions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse KPIs, including transport costs, delivery performance, and efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the business.
- Assist with the Fixed Asset Register and support finance and banking requirements.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll support.
- Assist with audit preparation and external reporting requirements.
- Identify and support process improvement and automation initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and internal policies.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Operations, Finance, Payroll, and IT.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Finance Manager or CFO.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Currently studying or willing to undertake CPA/CA qualification.
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, or business analysis (preferred).
- Strong understanding of month-end and general ledger processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in transport/logistics (advantageous but not essential).
