Shift Information

- 5:00am start
- Generally, 6-hour shifts
- Finishing times may vary based on operational requirements
- Flexibility required to start up to 1 hour earlier or later when needed

Your Responsibilities

- Picking and packing dry goods for store orders
- Operating a Tugger with Voice Picking technology
- Picking products including
- Grocery items
- Canned foods
- Household products

- Palletizing and stacking stock up to 1.7 metres high
- Manual pallet wrapping
- Maintaining pick rates and productivity targets
- Working safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous warehouse order picking experience
- Experience using Voice Picking headsets is a must
- RF scanners or paper pick slips
- Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and productivity targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of repetitively lifting between 15kg and 25kg
- Comfortable stacking pallets to heights of up to 165cm-170cm
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
