Madison Branson Lawyers is a highly regarded commercial law firm and part of the Madison Branson Group, a growing multi-disciplinary professional services group that also includes Madison Branson Capital. Our clients are ASX-listed entities, private enterprises, boards and directors, founders, investors and high-net-worth individuals, and our work spans transactions, advisory, and capital markets matters. We are growing, and we are seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to the team with at least 5 years PAE.

The role

This is a genuine transactional role with direct client contact and real responsibility from day one. You will run your own matters with partner support, work directly with business owners and boards, and gain exposure to capital markets and advisory work through the wider Group.

Experience across the following will be highly regarded:

- Mergers and acquisitions, including business sales and purchases
- Property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential real property
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Corporate structuring and restructuring
- Shareholder, unitholder, and partnership agreements
- Business succession planning and exit transactions
- Banking and finance, including property and development lending
- Corporate governance, compliance, and regulation




- Capital raising and investor documentation

Strong property experience alongside your corporate and commercial practice will be a significant advantage - a meaningful portion of our transactional work involves real property, and we want someone who can carry those matters end to end with confidence.
