We’re growing and looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help build out our Deep Tech Desk alongside an established team and a warm client base.

We’re growing and looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help build out our Deep Tech Desk alongside an established team and a warm client base.

The Desk

You will partner with cutting-edge companies pioneering technologies across Quantum Computing, Semiconductors, Embedded Systems, Robotics, and Drone platforms.

This is not a cold desk. You will inherit live vacancies, warm clients, and active relationships from day one—giving you the ability to earn commission immediately while building your own specialist market with genuine autonomy.

You’ll sit alongside consultants specialising in Software & Platform Engineering, AI Infrastructure, Data & Machine Learning,



as well as a hands‑on Founder who is still "on the tools." This setup creates continuous crossover opportunities across candidates, clients, and technology markets.

About You

- Experience: 1–3 years in agency recruitment or technical/technology sales.
- Tech Curiosity: A genuine interest in emerging technology and where the industry is heading.
- Mindset: An ambitious self-starter who wants to own a niche and build a long‑term specialist career, not just fill seats.
- Relationship Focus: Excellent communication skills with a track record of building lasting client and candidate relationships through integrity.
- Work Rights: Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (we are unable to sponsor visas for this role).
