Due to ongoing business growth, Burder Ag Attachments—one of Australia's leading agricultural equipment manufacturers and wholesalers—is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Wangaratta-based team.

This office-based role involves working directly with dealers and end-users nationwide via phone and email. You will provide quality product advice, accurate pricing, availability, and lead time information. Key responsibilities include accurate order entry and job/project tracking to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate sales advice, pricing, and technical information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across an extensive national dealership network.
- Handle order entry, job follow-ups, and customer inquiries with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient problem-solving and support.

Key Requirements

Must Have

- A genuine passion for agriculture and its people.
- An outgoing personality with an excellent phone manner.




- High-level keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- The drive to manage sales inquiries via phone and email across Australia.

Ideally (Desirable)

- Experience within the agricultural or earthmoving industries.
- A strong mechanical aptitude.
- A background in customer service or internal sales roles.
- Understanding of farmer and dealer needs regarding materials handling and tractor attachments.

This is a career advancement role. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to progress into a Product Management & Specialist role within our team. In this position, you would become the key point of contact for one or several of our core brands—overseeing sales strategy, forecasting, ordering, technical support, and aftersales care.
