Our client, Ambition Health Group (Nurse4U Pty Ltd.) is a trusted healthcare agency providing high-quality nursing and personal care services across Victoria. They are dedicated to supporting aged care facilities and community clients by delivering compassionate, reliable, and professional care. Theyare currently seeking Personal Care Assistant/s to join their team and provide quality care and support to clients across Metropolitan & Regional Victoria.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and meal support
- Supporting client with mobility, communication, and daily living needs
- Participating in implementing and reviewing individualised care plans
- Following behaviour and therapy support plans for clients with dementia or complex needs
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in clients’ health or wellbeing to the care team




- Assisting with basic rehabilitation exercises and prescribed treatments under supervision
- Delivering person-centred care in line with Ambition Health Group’s (Nurse4U Pty Ltd.) values and quality standards
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all clients
- Other duties as required by the organisation and role

Qualification & experience

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in aged care or community care settings
- Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours
- A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and individuals with diverse care needs
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and maintaining clients’ dignity and independence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional Requirements

- The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents
- The ability, and commitment, to uphold high standards of work
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Current Police Check
- Full Australian working rights and up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
