We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Crèche co-educator for 2026 Our wonderful ELC is growing, and we are excited to welcome new staff to the team.

About the Role

Join a team of excellent educators who strive to create a fun-loving, rich in learning and beautifully warm environment for children to excel. Both full time and part time position available. Our Educators must have an in-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and the National Regulations to make sure their practices are in accordance with these.

- Contribute to and create an environment that is safe, engaging, calm and positive
- Demonstrating agility and responsiveness to the changing interests and skills of the children
- Contribute to planning and implementation or developmentally appropriate activities and experiences based on children's interests, developmental needs and learning goals in guidance with the ELC educational philosophy and curriculum framework with guidance from your room leader
- Assist the Room Leader using a range of developmentally appropriate assessment and evaluation techniques to provide multiple opportunities for students to demonstrate knowledge and skills

About You

- You will be available to commence as soon as possible in our ELC. As an experienced Creche Co-Educator, you will have an excellent history of providing a safe, enjoyable and interesting learning environment for children. You will be required to work collaboratively with other educators in the best interest of our children.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of early childhood education experience.
- You adopt a holistic approach to education where learning is balanced with the pursuit of emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing and can demonstrate your:
- Familiarity with current curriculum and pedagogical developments
- Commitment to nurturing the individual student, emotionally, socially and intellectually




- Commitment to self-development and a desire to be a part of a dynamic education team
- Co-educators will have completed a minimum of a Cert III or diploma in early childhood.
- Current Working with Children Check (essential)
- Recognised first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis management training

Our centre is open from 7:30am-6pm Mon-Thurs and 7:30am-3/3:30pm on Friday. You will need to be able to work daily fulfilling a 38 hour week for a full-time role.
