We are looking for an experienced pastry chef to join our production kitchen in Carlton.

You will be working across our four brands: GLO Gelato, GLO Pasticceria, Universal Restaurant, and Wilding Foods.

This is a production-based role with no service. You will help produce cakes, desserts, gelato components, pastry items, and other dessert products across the group.

We are a small, focused team with high standards and room to grow for the right person.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has pastry or kitchen production experience
- Can follow recipes and systems
- Works cleanly and efficiently
- Has valuable attention to detail
- Is reliable and positive
- Can work well in a small team

Experience in Ice Cream and Gelato is an advantage.
