Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Commercial Builder who have been in operation for over 20 years. They specialise in building Retail, Town Centres, Childcare, Aged Care and Commercial Offices up to $75M.

Your Recent Role

- Coordinating and supervising trades, running toolbox meetings, inductions etc.
- Managing all site documentation to ensure up to date administration.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with program.
- Support Site Managers and other team members.
- Ensuring all safety parameters are adhered to.

What you need to succeed

- 2+ years working in a Supervisor or Leading Carpenter role for a Commercial builder/ Commercial subcontractor.
- Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering Retail, Town Centres, Childcare where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- Must have experience working on Commercial construction sites.
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.




- Carpentry background/qualification is essential.
- Exposure to construction softwares such as MS project, Procore, HammerTech etc.
