Efficient Recruitment Pty Ltd Glenny Kebabs' is seeking a motivated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular restaurant in Mount Waverley, VIC. As a full time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment, while also contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, and inventory control
- Implement and maintain effective systems and procedures to maximise operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals, providing training and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
- Liaise with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the venue
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement




- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints
- Oversee the daily operations of the Mt Waverley store, ensuring consistent product quality, speed of service, and high customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on sales, labour, and operational performance
- Ensure the store presentation, cleanliness, and equipment are maintained to brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Significant experience of at least 1 year in a similar venue management role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team
- Strong financial and operational management skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
