YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

- Support a Senior Property Manager across a quality portfolio
- Leasing, routine inspections & tenant liaison




- Coordinating maintenance with landlords, tenants & trades
- Arrears, lease renewals & ingoing/outgoing reports
- Building great relationships with proactive service

SOUND LIKE YOU?

- Some property management experience (even 6-12 months as an APM - we want to hear from you!)
- Property Tree experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker - full training provided
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
