Mindset Intervention Pty Ltd in Brisbane City is seeking a Disability/ Mental Health Support Worker on a casual basis with potential to transition to full time. You will deliver person-centred, community-based and in-home support aligned with each participant’s NDIS goals, including personal care, domestic tasks, budgeting and attending appointments.

The role requires first aid, CPR, NDIS checks and a willingness to obtain necessary trainings.
