We are passionate about supporting participants to stay active, build confidence, and develop meaningful social connections through everyday and community-based activities.

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Melbourne’s Northern suburbs.

Job type

As a Disability Support Worker, you will support NDIS participants both in-home and within the community, assisting them to build independence, engage socially, and achieve their individual goals.

Supports may include:

- Community access and social participation




- Transport to appointments and activities
- Daily living assistance
- Building confidence and life skills
- Supporting participants to stay active and connected within their community

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, or community services
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Valid Victorian Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Right to work in Australia
