SkyFusionGlobalSupplyChain is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager Logistics to join our team in Richmond, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving commercial success across our logistics operations. As Commercial Manager Logistics, you will be responsible for managing commercial strategy, pricing, contracts, and stakeholder relationships to ensure profitability and growth within our wind farm logistics business. This role reports to senior management and directly impacts the financial performance and strategic direction of our logistics division.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across our end-to-end supply chain logistics for the renewables sector. Focusing on the local Australian content.

Manage pricing strategies, quote generation, and contract negotiations with key clients and partners

Oversee commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for optimisation

Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities

Analyse market trends and competitive positioning to inform commercial decision-making

Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and commercial performance metrics to senior management

Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to align commercial objectives with business goals

Identify cost reduction opportunities and operational efficiencies that enhance commercial viability

Manage tenders and new business development initiatives within the logistics sector

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all commercial activities

What we're looking for

5+ years of commercial management experience within wind farm logistics, transport,



or related manufacturing and supply chain sectors

Proven track record in commercial strategy development, contract negotiation, and pricing management

Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transport industry dynamics

Excellent financial acumen, including experience with P&L; management and commercial analysis

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior management and external clients

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools for data analysis

Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

Knowledge of logistics software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms is desirable
