We are currently seeking an experienced, hands on Maintenance Manager to join our friendly team on a Full Time basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you will be doing:

- Responding to a variety of maintenance requests; providing a high level of service
- Identifying and implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Collaborating with various teams, suppliers and managing external contractors
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Using the computer system to log maintenance requests

What we are looking for:

- Maintenance experience within Aged Care or Health Services environment desirable
- Handyperson, building maintenance or trade background
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S; requirements




- Good financial acumen and computer literacy
- Ability to maintain asset/risk, maintenance and compliance records
