To be a successful candidate for this role you will possess the following:

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate

Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner with clients and internal staff

1+ years experience as a sales agent(an advantage but not essential )

Hold a current Driver's Licence

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Open & keen to undertake further industry training

Tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):

Prospecting

Conducting market appraisals

Client management & communication

Listing and selling of properties

Conduct open for inspections for private sales& auctions

Assisting co-workers with daily duties where required
