5d ago , from Trinity Grammar School - Summer Hill NSW
At Trinity Grammar School, we believe that a deep understanding of language, history and culture equips young people to think critically, communicate effectively and engage thoughtfully with the world. With a long-standing commitment to academic excellence, pastoral care and the holistic development of boys, Trinity provides an outstanding environment for passionate educators to inspire the next generation of scholars.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Latin to join our Languages Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across Stages 4–6, including both the HSC and IB Diploma Latin courses within a School that values academic rigour, intellectual curiosity and the enduring relevance of classical studies.
Whether you are an experienced teacher of classical languages or an emerging educator with a passion for the ancient world, you will join a collaborative and highly supportive faculty that is committed to excellence in teaching and learning. Experience teaching Classical Greek is highly desirable but not essential to success.
Opportunities for Leadership
For candidates with relevant experience and a passion for student wellbeing, there may also be opportunities to contribute to the School’s Pastoral Care Program through formal or informal pastoral leadership responsibilities. This provides an exciting pathway to broaden your impact beyond the classroom and contribute to the holistic development of students.
Trinity is committed to being an employer of choice for outstanding educators.
We are proud to be recognised as both an accredited Family Friendly Workplace and a Workplace of Choice, reflecting our investment in staff wellbeing, flexibility, professional growth and workplace culture. In 2027, the School will enter an exciting new chapter with the opening of a state-of-the-art multi-level teaching and learning precinct, creating inspiring contemporary spaces designed to support collaboration, innovation and exceptional educational outcomes for students and staff alike.
