Compas is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager / Recruiter to join our Canberra-based team. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven recruitment professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment activity, and delivering high-quality outcomes across contract, permanent and consulting recruitment services.

Location: Canberra, ACT

Essential Tasks:

- Manage and grow key client accounts through proactive relationship management.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, shortlisting and placement.
- Identify new business opportunities and support client workforce requirements.
- Maintain strong candidate and contractor engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Criteria:





- Proven experience in recruitment, account management or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach to business development.
