Picton Psychology is a well-established private practice delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care across a range of referral pathways.
Our multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers and Psychotherapists are recognised for ethical, client-centred practice and strong clinical governance. The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our growing practice in Picton.
Flexible Work Structure:
Start from two days per week, with the opportunity to increase as your caseload grows

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality psychological assessment and therapy in line with ethical and professional standards
Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans and clinical formulations
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and reports
Collaborate with internal clinicians and external stakeholders (GPs, insurers, NDIS providers, and case managers)
Participate in team meetings, and professional development activities
Where interested, contribute to group programs, workshops, and clinical leadership initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Registered or Provisional), orAASW registration as a Mental Health Social Worker.
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention
Excellent communication and skilled engagement skills
Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary private practice setting
ABN/ACN and Professional Indemnity Insurance
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
