At Market Stall Co, we design, manufacture, hire and install premium retail display infrastructure for retailers, shopping centres, exhibitions, events and brand activations across Australia.

We're looking for a hands-on Dispatch & Rentals Coordinator who enjoys staying organised, working with their hands and making sure every order leaves on time and to the highest standard.

This isn't a desk job. You'll spend most of your time on the factory floor preparing orders, wrapping products, loading trucks and coordinating dispatches, while also supporting installations and major events throughout the year.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day dispatch operations across both our manufacturing and rental areas.

Working closely with our Production Manager, you’ll ensure manufactured products are dispatched on time, rental equipment is picked and packed accurately, and installations are completed professionally.

You’ll also be responsible for coordinating freight, maintaining dispatch supplies, casuals rostering and helping deliver exceptional experiences for our customers from the moment their order leaves our workshop through to installation on site.

While the role is primarily based at our Williamstown North workshop, occasional early morning starts and evening work may be required during major exhibition and event periods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics

- Wrap,



package and prepare manufactured products for dispatch
- Pick and check customer orders for accuracy
- Load vehicles and freight collections safely and efficiently
- Coordinate courier, freight and transport bookings
- Prepare dispatch documentation where required
- Ensure all products leave the workshop presented to Market Stall Co's high standards
- Monitor and maintain packaging material levels
- Keep the dispatch and loading areas organised, clean and efficient

Rental & Event Operations

- Pick, pack and prepare rental furniture and equipment
- Load and unload vehicles for deliveries and exhibitions
- Assist with bump-ins, installations, pack-downs and bump-outs at customer sites and major events
- Check returned rental equipment back into stock
- Maintain presentation and organisation of rental inventory
- Assist with stock control and ongoing warehouse organisation

Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate daily dispatch priorities across manufacturing and rentals
- Work closely with the Production Manager to understand manufacturing schedules and identify any issues that may impact dispatch
- Organise courier and transport schedules
- Prepare and manage installation schedules
- Coordinate and maintain casual staff rosters to support dispatch,



warehouse activities and event installations
- Communicate proactively with the team
- Continuously look for ways to improve dispatch efficiency and workflow

About You

- Dispatch or warehouse operations
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Logistics or freight coordination
- Exhibition, events or installation services (highly regarded)

You'll also have

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- The ability to prioritise and adapt when priorities change
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Confidence using computers for scheduling, freight bookings and administration
- Flexible and willing to support occasional early starts, after-hours installations
- A current driver's licence
- A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

This Role Is Approximately

- 60% Factory floor (packing, wrapping, loading trucks and dispatch preparation)
- 20% Administration (freight bookings, scheduling, planning and communication)
- 20% On-site (deliveries, installations, exhibitions and event bump-ins and bump-outs)
