About the Role
You will manage a varied occupational rehabilitation caseload while providing either technical leadership or account management support across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Workplace Assessments
- Functional Capacity Evaluations
- Medical Case Conferences
- Ergonomic Assessments
- Return to Work planning and case management
- Building strong relationships with employers, insurers, workers and treatment providers
- Delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes
Depending on your area of focus, you will also contribute to either technical excellence and mentoring,
or strategic client relationship management and service growth.
What We're Looking For
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Relevant professional registration or accreditation with AHPRA or ESSA
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workplace health
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Current driver's licence
