What you’ll do

- Structure and provide insights for complex, undefined business problems to enable high-impact decisions.
- Partner with leaders in Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to quantify opportunities, assess impact, and inform strategy.
- Contribute to forward-looking projects that influence Canva’s company-wide objectives and long-term vision.
- Develop revenue models, evaluate trade-offs, and measure the potential impact of strategic initiatives.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to empower confident decision-making among stakeholders.

Requirements

- Expert-level SQL proficiency,



with experience in data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Proven ability in data storytelling and managing stakeholders, including communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience within a technology company, understanding industry-specific concepts like growth accounting, product funnels, and designing analytic events.
- Experience with R or Python, and working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and product-led growth models is preferred.
