Metso seeks a Backlog & Exception Management Specialist to strengthen delivery performance across the business. You will manage backlog execution with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations to ensure on-time orders, mitigated risks, and timely resolution of exceptions.

You will drive data-led backlog governance, provide KPI reporting, and support continuous improvement across market areas, contributing to a recent operating model and better customer outcomes.
