We are looking for a motivated and reliable Stores Person / General Hand / Technical Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting our workshop, warehouse, and technical staff.

About the Role

Beginning as a Stores Person / General Hand / Technical Assistant, with the chance to further your career with a Fitting and Mechanical Trade qualification, which will be discussed with the right candidate.
Initially as a general hand, this is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a small, collaborative team. You will assist with stores operations, workshop support, and basic technical tasks relating to specialised equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, check,



and store incoming parts and equipment
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Maintain organised stores and inventory areas
- Assist technicians with workshop tasks
- Assist with stock control and stock takes
- General workshop and yard duties
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times

About You

- Good mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, practical, and willing to learn
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with hands-on work

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience in stores, warehouse, or workshop environments
