We are seeking a skilled and experienced fabricator to join our manufacturing team at 360 Windows Pty Ltd in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the production and quality of our industry-leading window products.

What you'll be doing:

- Cutting and fabricating metal components using a range of power tools and machinery
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control measures
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet tight deadlines and output targets
- Identifying and reporting any issues or defects to ensure consistent product quality
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Undertaking ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for:

- Minumim 3 years experience as a fabricator, within the window and door industy
- Proficient in the use of power tools, machinery and equipment used in metal fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team




- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development
