Physiotherapist - Aged Care

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our allied health teams in delivering exceptional therapeutic services under Aged Care frameworks. This role is perfect for experienced clinicians who are passionate about working collaboratively to improve mobility, independence and quality of life for participants.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Delivering tailored physiotherapy interventions in community settings,



clients’ homes and residential care facilities
- Supporting individuals with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families and support coordinators
- Contributing to documentation, outcome tracking and quality-driven practice

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Physiotherapist, preferably with AHPRA registration (where applicable)
- Experience in aged care or community health settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to deliver person-centred care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Australian working rights and relevant insurances
