About the role

A varying range of shifts will be available and participantsupport requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills.

About you

You are a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual with a real passion to make a difference to the lives of people living with a disability.As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements





Experienced in implementing positive behaviour support strategies to manage complex behaviours

Experience in Mental Health

Experience supporting NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of people with disability

Passion for building strong relationships and rapport with participants

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Ability to complete detailed and accurate documentation

First Aid Certificate

Drivers Licence

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Working with Children Check

Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination

Legal working rights in Australia
