We are a premier pool construction company looking for experienced, reliable, and high-quality Formwork and Steelfixing Subcontractors to join our team. We have a consistent pipeline of residential and commercial concrete pool projects ready to go.
If you take pride in your structural work, operate efficiently, and have specific experience getting pools ready for concrete pours, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting structural engineering and architectural plans.
Setting out and executing precise formwork for varied pool designs (including infinity edges, steps, and benches).
Cutting, bending, placing, and tying reinforcing steel/mesh to exact specifications.
Ensuring all structural elements are perfectly level, square, and robust enough to handle concrete pressure.
Working collaboratively with excavation and concrete pumping crews to ensure a smooth workflow.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in pool formwork and steelfixing is essential. (General construction experience is excellent, but pool shapes/radius work require a specific eye).
Fully qualified or highly experienced trade background.
Must operate as an established Subcontractor with a valid ABN.
Current White Card.
All your own reliable transport (Ute/Van), tools, and specific trade equipment.
A sharp eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to site safety.
