Respect Chaffey House in Merbein, VIC, seeks a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to lead clinical governance and drive quality improvement across the home.
Reporting to the General Manager and working with the Care Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will champion audits, mentor clinical staff, and ensure care meets Aged Care Quality Standards. This is a full time role (38 hours/week, Monday–Friday), focused on leadership and strategic clinical outcomes to enhance resident care.
