About the role

The roleis responsible forthe effective and efficientmanagement and operations of the day-to-dayTennisWorldbusinessof the site.This role will oversee the CustomerService, Coaching and Programs team and ensure all aspects of operations are delivered in a friendly andeffective manner.

The Tennis World Manager role encompasses day to day oversight of customer service delivery, coaching delivery and enrolments, retail,merchandiseand cafefulfilment,membershipand programs administration,Tournamentsandoverall business performance and operations.

In this role you will:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of one of Australia's premier tennis facilities,the NSW State Tennis Centre,overseeing customer service, coaching programs, memberships,cafe,retail,tournamentsand overall business performance.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning,financial management, customer retention initiatives and the delivery of exceptional member and participant experiences.




- Inspire and develop a diverse team across customer experience, coaching and operations, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Tennis NSW, Tennis World leadership and key stakeholders to deliver world-class venue operations,maintainindustry-leading standards and achieve commercialobjectives.
- Manage a thriving tennis ecosystem including coaching pathways, memberships, leagues, retailservicesand events, creating engaging experiences that grow participation and strengthen the Tennis World brand.
- Perform an event role whererequiredduring the Summer of Tennis.

About you

To be successful in this role you willhave:

KnowledgeofTennis Programs, formats,pathwaysand systems (such as UTR platform)

Tertiary qualification in sports and venue management orsimilar(preferred)

Extensive knowledge ofvenue operation and sport / leisure industry

Built and led a multi-disciplinary program team (e.g. customerservice, coaching, operations)

Ability to build andmaintainpositive workingrelationswith both internal and external stakeholders

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a currentPolice CheckandWorking with Children Check

Preparedness to be flexiblein regard toworking hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia

Understand this is an operational role which is performed 100% onsite at Tennis World Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre.
