Position: Onsite Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking highly motivated Onsite Recruitment Consultants to foster strong relationships and deliver top-tier recruitment services to our National Client. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for recruitment, with experience in the logistics sector or a warehouse background and want to gain entry into the recruitment industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks to ensure alignment with safety and performance expectations.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Recruit and select candidates to meet client-specific needs.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
- Management of other clients outside of this will also be required
