We are a busy, independent 'strip shop' pharmacy with a deep history in our community that goes back decades. Next door to us is a very busy extended hours medical centre. We serve a wonderful mix of retirees and young families-many of whom are 3rd or 4th generation customers who trust us because we know them and their history. Our model of care focuses on offering a specialised, highly efficient service through traditional dispensing and genuine personalized patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced community Pharmacist who is not only efficient and well-organised, but possesses excellent people skills! This position offers you the opportunity to lead our dispensary operations, ensuring efficient workflow, clinical excellence, and outstanding patient care. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a pharmacist who enjoys interacting with customers, mentoring staff and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage dispensary operations, workflow, and inventory control
- Coordinate effective team handovers and delegate tasks across shifts
- Oversee claims processing and key dispensary administration functions
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to business success
- Maintain high standards of patient-centred care and professional practice
- Support, mentor, and develop pharmacy team members

About You

To be considered, you will have:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- At least 5 years' experience as a registered pharmacist in a Victorian community pharmacy
- Strong people skills, excellent communication, and organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
