Helping balance in-person team connection with focused time forfollow-ups, reconciliations and reporting.

Role Responsibilities

- Processing customer payments, allocating receipts and maintaining accurate debtor records.
- Following up overdue accounts by phone, email and other channels, using a calm and professional approach to support timely payment outcomes.
- Monitoring customer credit limits, supporting credit control processes and assisting with trading terms.
- Preparing, updating and processing invoices, credit notes and account adjustments with a high level of accuracy.
- Reconciling customer accounts, investigating discrepancies and preparing debtor, ageing and cash collection reports for management.
- Working closely with sales teams, managers, customers and external parties to resolve queries, disputes and payment issues efficiently.

About You

- You've got experience in customer service or administration, and you genuinely enjoy speaking with people day to day.
- You're naturally organised and detail-focused. You always seem to be the person who remembers what others forget and you never let things slip through the cracks.
- You stay calm, level-headed and professional even when a conversation gets tense, nothing seems to rattle you.

Selection Criteria

To be considered, you’ll need:

- Customer service or administration experience

Candidates with prior experience in accounts receivable or credit control will be highly regarded.
