Grainmaster Silos, part of The Davey Group, designs and manufactures grain storage solutions, and is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Silo Installer to lead our installation crews on site.

This is a working supervisor role - you will be hands-on with installation crews on site while overseeing the job, not managing from the office.
The Role
- Leading and working alongside installation crews on site to erect and install grain storage silos and associated equipment
- Planning and coordinating daily site activities to meet project timelines
- Reading and working from technical drawings and installation specifications
- Supervising crew members, subcontractors, and site safety compliance
- Liaising with clients, project managers, and other trades on site
- Ensuring quality of installation work meets specification
- Maintaining site safety standards and completing all required safety documentation
- Travel to regional and interstate sites as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in silo installation, steel erection, or structural/mechanical installation work
- Previous experience supervising or leading a crew on site
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A current driver’s licence, with willingness and ability to travel to sites as required
- Relevant safety qualifications (e.g. White Card) and working at heights experience
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to manage a crew to deliver quality outcomes
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
