With our sights set on the future, we’re looking for an exceptional Relationship Manager to join our team in Geelong and help us deliver our strategy and be the world’s number one supplier of premium wool.

The Role

As the Australia Relationship Manager , you’ll play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with Australian growers, supporting growers through onboarding and audit while contributing to grower engagement activities and events.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with growers and other stakeholders across Australia
- Guide growers through onboarding and audit processes,



ensuring growers understand programme requirements and expectations.
- Support the planning and delivery of grower engagement events and activities.
- Deliver regular and meaningful communications to growers ensuring they feel informed, connected and valued.

Skills and Experiences

- A qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar relationship management focused role.
- Experience on farm
- A sound understanding of farm systems, land management and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
