The Role:

- Manage portfolio local to the Inner West




- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
- Manage bond claims
- Attend NCAT hearings when required
- Maintain low arrears with a well-managed rent roll
- Take ownership of your responsibilities with autonomy and accountability

The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in residential property management
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and driver's licence
- Positive energy with a proactive, switched-on mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Forward-thinking approach when working with investors
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
