As enquiry continues to grow across both new and used vehicles, we are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Business Manager to join our leadership sales team.

This is not a transactional F&I; role.
This is about delivering premium finance experiences, driving performance, and operating at a Business Class standard.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As our Business Manager, you will:

- Lead the full finance and insurance process across new and used vehicle sales
- Present tailored finance, insurance and protection solutions with clarity and confidence
- Maximise penetration and income while maintaining exceptional compliance standards
- Build strong relationships with lenders and internal stakeholders
- Support Sales Managers and Consultants to lift overall dealership performance
- Deliver a seamless, transparent and fully digital customer journey

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years’ F&I; / Business Manager experience in automotive
- Strong lender relationships and product knowledge
- High attention to compliance and regulatory detail
- Commercially sharp with solid closing ability
- Confident communicator who can influence without pressure
- Team-focused, resilient and driven
