You’ll take on a hands-on position covering business services and tax advisory across a genuinely varied client base, spanning multiple industries and entity structures. There’s also a mentoring element to the role, helping junior team members build their skills and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Managing your own client portfolio from end to end
- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns across all entity types
- Delivering tax planning and business advisory work tailored to client circumstances
- Handling complex technical matters, including Div 7A, CGT and FBT
- Spotting advisory opportunities and helping grow the firm through referrals and cross-service work
- Assisting partners with workflow oversight and complex client engagements

ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm, with solid communication and leadership skills for client and team interaction
- Strong technical grounding across business services and tax
- CA/CPA qualified or close to finishing
- Driven, proactive, and genuinely keen to grow professionally
