HL Landscapes is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisor to join our Sydney construction teams. This role involves supervising landscaping and civil works across projects throughout Sydney , ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This position requires a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills , a team-focused attitude, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality on site.
There may also be opportunities to work on regional projects for candidates willing to travel and work away.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Reading and interpreting construction and landscaping plans
- Leading and coordinating site crews
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to specification
- Maintaining quality control and safety standards onsite
- Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape landscaping works
- Managing & Recording daily site activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Skills and Experience
- Current Driver's Licence
- Industry White Card
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on civil construction or landscaping sites
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a strong safety culture
Advantageous (but not essential)
- Bobcat and Excavator licences
- First Aid Certificate
- HR Truck Licence
- Trade qualification or strong experience in landscaping
