Their projects include Housing Communities, Apartments complexes, Housing subdivisions, Townhouse subdivisions and Land subdivisions.

Explore the Opportunity:

3+ years of work experience with medium to high rise apartment supervision is a must.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the finishing crew, including carpenters, painters, drywall installers, and other tradespeople.

Ensure that finishing work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards.

Plan and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines.

Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to the team members.

Monitor the progress of work and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficiency and quality.

Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects or issues and take appropriate corrective actions.





Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve any construction related challenges.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working workplace.
