Momentum 360 Partners and Co in Melbourne VIC seeks a qualified Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, implement and evaluate evidence-based, person-centred interventions that improve quality of life for participants.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, therapists and families, conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop BSPs, and ensure plans comply with NDIS Quality and Safeguards and safeguarding requirements.
