About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of projects, and is excited to build their marketing career across multiple channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will support the delivery of Natvia’s brand, digital, content, and product marketing activities. The successful candidate will assist with campaign coordination, content development, digital marketing activities, and day‑to‑day marketing execution across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.

Key Responsibilitiesinclude:

- Brand & MarketingCoordination:Assist withplanning and execution of brand, marketing, and product initiatives.Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across campaigns
- SocialMedia:Supportcontent creationand coordinationacross social platforms. Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community interaction.
- Influencer & Partnerships:Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador campaigns end‑to‑end, including outreach, briefing, content delivery, and reporting
- Website:Maintainand update Natvia’s Shopify website, ensuring accuracy,



SEOoptimisation, andtimelyupdates (products, recipes, blogs, promotions).
- Email Marketing:ExecuteKlaviyoemail campaigns, including newsletters, automated flows, and subscriber engagement initiatives.
- Community Engagement:Help manage customer enquiries across social media and email, ensuringtimely, brand‑aligned responses.

About You

- 1–3years of experience inmarketing,socialmediaor communicationrole.
- Exposure to campaigns across social, email, and web
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- Personal interest in health and wellness is a plus

This is a full‑time, onsite role based at our Scoresby office.You’llwork in a cooperative team environment, contributing to campaigns that run across brand, digital, content, and community channels.We offer staff initiatives including fortnightly yoga sessions and team wellness events.
