We're now looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs, offeringa full time role with Saturdays as a must. In this position, you’ll have a strong focus on selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products across both new and used car sales operations. Working closely with the sales and finance teams, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to overall dealership performance, while consistently achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs.

Your tasks will include:

- Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers.
- Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.




- Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support.
- Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.

About You:

- Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant necessary.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets.
- A professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
- A current Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
- Saturday availability is a must.
