Stomping Ground Brewery in Moorabbin is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations while leading by example during service. You will help develop the team and ensure every dish meets high standards.
You’ll own responsibilities from supervising service to mentoring junior team members, maintaining food safety, and contributing to stock control and waste minimisation in a rapid-paced, collaborative kitchen.
